Instructions of use:

Step 1. Mold the thermoplastic mouth trays by first boiling water and submersing trays for 6-7 minutes.

Step 2. Trim the mouth trays to the correct height of the gum line.

Step 3. Fill mouth trays with a small drop of gel in each tooth impression. Whiten teeth using the LED accelerator light provided for approximately 25-45 minutes.
